He brings a wealth of experience to the Messner Reeves team from previous roles as an associate partner, staff counsel, and senior litigation attorney. Previously a bodily injury field adjuster for a national insurance company, he has an extensive background in insurance defense litigation, including first chair jury trial verdicts, arbitration, mediation, expert deposition, settlement negotiations, pleadings, and subrogation actions in first and third-party claims.
