Messner Reeves LLP is proud to announce that Lucik Minassian has joined the firm as an associate in its Orange County office. Her practice focuses on habitability cases and landlord-tenant disputes. Minassian brings previous experience as a law and motion attorney for another landlord/tenant law firm, where she gained experience drafting and arguing motions and oppositions in residential unlawful detainers. She also clerked in the Land Use Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Minassian earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
