Easterseals Southern California, the largest provider of disability services and leader in the effort for full equity, inclusion and access for people with disabilities, welcomes Melissa Hoffman to its board of directors.
Melissa L. Hoffman is an attorney with broad legal experience, starting with a foundation in transactional corporate and securities law, evolving to include several additional areas of expertise, including contract team management, commercial support, advertising and promotion, regulatory compliance, clinical trials, dispute management, and strategic intellectual property issues.
Hoffman currently serves as VP, Regulatory Counsel and Lead Counsel for the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit of Edwards Lifesciences.ย
Prior to joining Edwards, Hoffman worked at Johnson & Johnson and Abbott Laboratories, primarily supporting their ophthalmic businesses on a broad range of commercial, compliance, and regulatory legal issues.
