F&M Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Bennett as Director of Branch Banking. An alumni of Leadership Long Beach (class of 2017) and ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking (class of 2022), Bennett began his career with F&M in 2014 as Branch Banking Regional Manager. He has not only demonstrated his commitment to professional growth but also has created an environment that promotes productive and positive morale and mutually beneficial relationships.
In his new role, Bennett will oversee the branch banking environment with a strong focus on client service and employee skill development. “As a hands-on leader, Jason will drive activities that support the Bank’s strategic plan,” said F&M Bank CEO, Henry Walker. “His promotion to Director is well-deserved, and we are proud to have him as a leader within our team.”
