Fidelity National Financial is privileged to welcome aboard industry expert Kristen Hueter as Vice President, Special Commercial Underwriter.
Hueter joined the title industry nearly 35 years ago and has not looked back since. Over the course of her career, she held various positions including searching, examining, and escrow before finding her true passion in underwriting. In her current role, Hueter oversees underwriting for commercial transactions for Fidelity National Financials’ National Commercial Services (NCS) western operations.
Hueter has underwritten a large number of transactions in excess of $1 billion in connection with significant projects throughout the united states. Although well-versed in all areas of title insurance, Hueter’s niche is in commercial transactions including multi-state/ multisite, development, construction loans, healthcare, low income, hospitality, multifamily, office, and industrial.
Having worked alongside attorneys, investors, principals, brokers, and other industry stakeholders for most of her career, Hueter has developed an adept understanding of the needs of each client. She and her team alike are committed to finding solutions for all parties involved in the transactions they handle.
Hueter is a Southern California native. She was raised in Irvine and attended San Diego State University, where she obtained her degree in Business Finance.
