Madelynn Hirneise, CEO of Families Forward, has been appointed to the board of directors for First 5 Orange County, where she will help strengthen systems that support young children and families. Erica Berrios, CFO of Families Forward, has joined the board of directors for Orange County Head Start, bringing financial leadership to efforts that advance early childhood education. Both leaders bring deep expertise in housing and homelessness prevention. Their appointments reflect a shared commitment to building a more coordinated system of care that ensure families have the stability, resources, and support to have a home and the opportunity to thrive.
