Koschak is a CPA and has over thirty years of board, corporate, finance, and accounting leadership, having spent the last 14 years as a corporate or operating CFO. He has developed and implemented business strategies, scaled businesses, raised capital, directed mergers and acquisitions, and developed and led teams. He holds current roles on two corporate boards and as a board director of Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.
