Vickie Oshima has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing after serving as Director of that department since 2019. With 18 years in the AEC industry, Oshima’s acumen in marketing, branding, public relations, and business development is integral to her many successes at AO. She is a graduate of the University of Pacific’s Eberhardt School of Business.
AO welcomes Ryan Johnson as Vice President of Accounting. With more than 20 years of experience (along with 15 years of financial management in the AEC industry), Johnson will lead the firm’s finance department. Johnson is excited to transition the company to a robust ERP system and provide project manager metrics, real time dashboards, and WIP management tools, to help Managing Partners make informed decisions, resulting in improved company profitability. Johnson received his M.B.A. from Cal State University of Fullerton.
