Local developer Vestar has appointed Tom Schriber as the new property manager of The District at Tustin Legacy shopping center.
Schriber previously spent around 20 years with the firm Donahue Schriber and stayed on for a year after it was acquired by First Washington Realty in 2022. He was the property manager of eight retail centers from Southern California up to Bakersfield and San Luis Obispo.
The District counts 1 million square feet of leasable space and ranks as the region’s sixth largest mall determined by sales. With 71 stores, the shopping center reported $532 million in taxable sales ended June 2022.
