An 8,000-square-foot Anaheim Hills estate has sold for nearly $6.5 million, marking a sales record for the community, according to The Geronsins Real Estate Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, which represented the sellers.
The home at 5120 E Copa De Oro was built in 2020 on a 0.8-acre lot. It counts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a 12-car garage and amenities such as an 80-foot water slide that connects a spa to a resort pool with a grotto waterfall.
The home was listed for sale in June with a $6.8 million price tag.
“The sale of 5120 E Cope De Oro demonstrates the demand for luxury living remains high as we head into the fall market,” said Carole Geronsin, who had the listing along with Genelle and George Geronsin.
