It’s fully occupied, and the buyer was selected after multiple offers had been placed for the center and individual buildings, according to CBRE Group Inc.
Sam Alison, Mike Philbin, Amar Goli and Patrick Larimore of CBRE represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
