Newport Beach-based Lee & Associates named Chris Coyte president and managing director.
Coyte, who has been with the broker-owned commercial real estate firm since 1989, replaced Steve Jehorek, who stepped down as president after a 22-year tenure. Jehorek will remain with the firm as a senior vice president.
Lee & Associates was the sixth largest commercial real estate broker in Orange County last year, based on the value of its 2015 sales and leases, according to a Business Journal ranking.
