SERVICES
Anahaim-based Willdan Group Inc. was up 9.7% to $9.47 and a $77 million market cap. The engineering services firm signed a 6-year, $90 million contract with San Diego Gas & Electric to provide electricity capacity savings. The agreement follows last week’s 1-year, $33 million contract extension for similar services Willdan will provide to Con Edison in New York City’s five boroughs and Westchester County, N.Y.
HEALTHCARE
Mission Viejo-based Auxilio Inc. was down 5.6% to 84 cents and a $21 million market cap. The print management and IT security provider to healthcare firms reported annual results yesterday, and while revenue rose 39% and gross profit rose about 30%, gross profit as a percentage of sales declined and net income, on both GAAP and non-GAAP measures, were flat or slightly lower.
