Irvine-based IT provider Neudesic LLC has acquired Anaheim competitor Web4, which specializes in enterprise content management and human resources software.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Neudesic, one of OC’s fastest growing companies in the late 2000s, specializes in business software and cloud services, among other offerings. Its customers include the South Orange County Community College District, Microsoft and the Associated Press.
The company was attracted to Web4’s HRadvocate and eReview software applications as it aims to gain market share in the $17 billion human capital management market.
Web4 will operate as a distinct business unit within Neudesic, the company said.
