TECHNOLOGY
Newport Beach-based Clean Energy Fuels Corp. was up 23% to $6.20 and a $560 million market cap on a positive earnings report. The natural gas fueling station operator said it earned $1.3 million in its most recent quarter, on revenue of about $132 million. Analysts were expecting the company to report a loss.
AUTOMOTIVE
Irvine-based Autobytel Inc. was up 22.2% to $12.68 and a $115 million market cap on a positive earnings report. The automotive marketing company said it earned 11 cents per share in its most recent quarter, up 69% compared with the same time last year, and provided current-year guidance in-line with analyst estimates.
