RSM Smoothie Seller Plans 58 Locations

Bowl of Heaven plans to add 58 new franchised locations in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and Las Vegas, the company said.

The Rancho Santa Margarita seller of acai bowls, fruit smoothies and fresh and cold-pressed juices has four locations now: Rancho Santa Margarita, Newport Beach, La Verne, and Eagle, Idaho.

The first two of those are company-owned.

The company said five franchises are slated to open in the new markets this year including one in Tustin and one in Laguna Niguel.

Two franchisees have agreed to open 20 to 25 locations here in the next several years.

Newport Beach-based Fransmart Development Co. is helping to franchise the company.

Bowl of Heaven franchises are $30,000 with a royalty of 6% and advertising and marketing fees of 3%.

The company was founded in 2010.
