New Jersey-based Home Design Outlet Center recently signed a lease for $452,000 in Buena Park.
The 18,179-square-foot warehouse is at 6170 Valley View Ave.
This is the company’s first location in California, according to commercial real estate brokerage Colliers International.
The length of the lease was undisclosed.
Brokers involved in the deal included CBRE Group Inc.’s Laird Perkins, as well as Chuck Wilson and Brian Chastain of Colliers International.
Wilson and Chastain represented the tenant while Perkins represented the landlord, RREEF Real Estate.
