The 32,890-square-foot space is at 1215-1221 S. Anaheim Blvd.
The retail center is fully leased to five tenants, including El Super grocery store, which is on a 20-year lease with about 19 years remaining, according to the CoStar Group Inc. data service.
The broker involved in the deal was Arthur Flores of CBRE Group Inc.
Flores represented the seller. The buyer represented itself in the sale.
