The 20,360-square-foot industrial building at 17371 Mount Wynne Circle sold for $118 per square foot. KB Sheetmetal, which does sheetmetal fabrication, tube bending, machining tooling and other services, moved from nearby in Fountain Valley. 24-7 Internet Inc., a CD and DVD replicator, sold the building. Greg Velastegui of Voit Real Estate Services represented 24-7 Internet and KB Sheetmetal.
