Irvine-based accounting firm Corbin & Wertz has acquired Newport Beach-based Nichols & Associates.
Corbin & Wertz said it will add Nichols & Associates to its entrepreneurial services department.
The acquisition is one in a series for Corbin & Wertz, with more planned, firm officials said. Corbin & Wertz is No. 7 on the Business Journal’s list of OC accounting firms, ranked by the number of local employees.
