Nevell Group, Inc. is pleased to announce Sean Slater as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and the newest member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team.

In this role, Slater will support Nevell Group’s companywide financial strategy and execution, working closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial planning, operational alignment, and long-term value creation across the organization.

Slater brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience within the construction industry. He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and has since built a strong background working across general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and specialty trades. His experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of how projects are built, funded, managed, and measured from the ground up.

Throughout his career, Slater has worked with both publicly traded companies and employee-owned organizations, bringing a shareholder-minded approach to financial decision-making. His leadership will help support Nevell Group’s continued growth while maintaining the financial discipline and strategic perspective needed to protect and grow long-term value.

“Sean’s depth of experience in construction finance, mergers and acquisitions, combined with his understanding of both project execution and business strategy, makes him a valuable addition to our Senior Leadership Team,” said Chris Taylor, President of Nevell Group, Inc. “As NGi continues to grow, his financial insight and leadership will help us strengthen our operations and continue delivering value for our employees, clients, and partners.”

Slater ’s appointment reflects Nevell Group’s continued commitment to building a strong leadership team that supports the company’s employees, clients, and long-term success throughout California and Nevada.

Nevell Group congratulates Slater on his role as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and looks forward to the impact he will continue to make across the organization.
