WHY: Oversees the largest nonprofit in Orange County by revenue and an expansive employment social enterprise that serves more than 20,000 people annually. Manages a workforce of over 1,800 employees across 25 thrift stores and workforce development programs.
IN THE NEWS: In November, opened 20,000 square foot Goodwill in Foothill Ranch, the nonprofit’s 25th location in Orange County; spearheaded a comprehensive, year-long Strategic Planning process to mark Goodwill of Orange County’s 100th year in 2024. NOTABLE: First woman appointed as president and CEO of Goodwill of Orange County. Responsible for the modernization of ShopGoodwill.com, the first e-commerce auction site created by a nonprofit. Won Business Journal 2018 Women of the Year Award.
