BNY Mellon Wealth Management, part of New York-based Bank of New York Mellon Corp., promoted David Emmes to head of West Coast markets in its Newport Beach of-fice. Emmes will oversee client service in Nevada, California and the Pacific Northwest. He previously served as president of South-ern California.
HEALTHCARE
Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo elected Christopher Nolan as chief of staff. Nolan is a plastic surgeon with a private practice. He previously served as chief of surgery and has been on staff at Mission Hospital for 25 years. He will be the chairman of the medical executive committee and lead the medical staff. Mission Hospital is run by Orange-based Catholic hospital operator St. Joseph Health System.

Anaheim-based Community SeniorServ Inc. elected Dan Chambers and David Copley to its board. Chambers is a partner at Los Angeles-based Jeffer Mangels Butler & Marmaro LLP in its Costa Mesa office. Copley is a partner at New York-based Ernst & Young LLP in its Irvine office.
Sonia Lister was named president of the board at HomeAid Orange County in Irvine. Lister is the first female board president and has been involved with the group for 17 years. She is a partner at Jackson DeMarco Tidus & Peckenpaugh in Irvine.

FNE Holdings LLC in Irvine, parent company of homebuilder Field-stone Group of Cos., named William McFar-land chief executive. McFarland previously served as executive vice president and director of Irvine Com-pany. The company also promoted Chad Ogden to president. Ogden previously served as regional vice president overseeing Texas and Utah operations.
Jay Moss was named chief executive of Newport Beach-based homebuilder RSI Development, an offshoot of Newport Beach-based cabinetmaker RSI Home Products Inc.
New York-based Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. named Kosta Mallakis construction manager in its Orange office. Mallakis will be responsible for managing construction at the Port of Long Beach.

Irvine-based Power Plate North America Inc. named Fred Heim vice president of brand connection and Shawn Patton vice president of sales and national accounts. Power Plate North America is part of London-based Power Plate International Ltd. and develops fitness equipment based on vibration technology developed by the Soviets in the 1960s.
