Rancho Mission Viejo LLC has promoted Jeremy Laster to chief executive, adding to his role as president, which he has held since 2022.
Laster joined the 143-year-old, family-owned, fully integrated land ownership and management company as a project manager in 2001.
“Jeremy brings a rare combination of sound judgment, clear vision, and a genuine commitment to people. Throughout his time with The Ranch, he has earned the complete trust of our teams and demonstrated an ability to deliver significant results while strengthening our company culture,” said Don Vodra, Vice Chairman of The Ranch’s Board,
in a news release. “He has already proven to be one of Orange County’s great business leaders, and we are confident in his leadership as he guides the company into its next chapter.”
Laster will oversee all operations of Rancho Mission Viejo LLC. His responsibilities include managing the master-planned Rancho Mission Viejo community development, land management, including the Nature Reserve, ranching, farming, commercial properties and investments.
