Convoy Capital has opened a new office at Irvine Towers as part of an expansion plan to get closer to major financial institutions, property owners and developers in Orange County and Los Angeles, officials said.
The commercial mortgage broker, which arranges debt and equity for commercial real estate deals, will remain headquartered in El Segundo.
“This expansion reflects our commitment to being closer to clients and partners while delivering best-in-class financing solutions,” said Tyler Bradford, principal of Convoy Capital, in a news release.
Convoy officials told the Business Journal that the nearly 2,500-square-foot Irvine office at 18100 Von Karman Ave. Suite 320 will serve as a center for loan origination, advisory services, and capital markets, as well as support acquisitions, refinancings, and development for various property types. The company will have 10 employees in the office.
