Orange County developer Dwight Manley has closed on the Beckman Coulter Campus from Hines and Oaktree Capital Management for $140 million, setting the stage for the possibility of bringing in Brea’s first-ever Costco.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeffrey Cole, Kristen Schottmiller, and Nico Napolitano represented the seller and buyer.
Hines and Oaktree had previously acquired the five-property industrial portfolio for $115 million in 2018, according to CoStar.
