Kao-Sheng Chou and Mei-Tzu Chu Chou bought a 5,506-square-foot industrial building at 905 Mariner St.
David Gabriel bought a 5,719-square-foot industrial building at 907 Mariner St.
Chein Hsiang Yu and Yuh Huey Yu bought a 5,852-square-foot industrial building at 909 Mariner St.
Henry Liou and Gina Pai bought a 6,116-square-foot industrial building at 911 Mariner St.
JSD Properties LLC bought a 6,256-square-foot industrial building at 915 Mariner St.
Mariner Enterprises LLC bought a 6,516-square-foot industrial building at 917 Mariner St.
Allied Wheel Components Inc. paid $6.1 million to Bixby Land Co. for the 83,140-square-foot industrial building at 12300 Edison Way in Garden Grove. Scott Smith of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services and Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.
Arroyo Living Trust paid $5.7 million to the Richard J. Meyer Charitable Trust for a 10,000-square-foot strip center at 435 E. 17th St. in Costa Mesa. Eric Arroyo of the Arroyo Living Trust represented himself. Chuck Iverson of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Inc. represented the seller.
Dunkel Brothers, a La Mirada-based private investor, paid $5.5 million to an undisclosed seller for a 10,800-square-foot retail property at 1726 Superior Ave. in Costa Mesa. The building is fully leased by Tower Records. Ryan Gallagher and Jeff Hanson of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. BVP Investments represented the seller.
The Santana-Hesenflow Partnership paid $5.3 million to Burke Huntington Beach LLC for a 39,550-square-foot industrial building at 5250 Rancho Road in the Astronautics Corporate Center in Huntington Beach. Robert Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer. Darin McDonald and Ted Sawyer of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
Talega Life Church paid $1.5 million to the Gary H. Hoertig Trust for the 8,934-square-foot industrial building at 1040 Calle Negocio in San Clemente. Rob Johnston of Johnston Pacific represented both parties.
Telson & Angermeir Community Property Trust paid $1.5 million to Ova Inc. for the 4,156-square-foot property at 554 Diamond Bar Blvd. in Diamond Bar. Jack Hopkins and Brian Somaza of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
