Real estate banking company Scanlan Kemper Bard Cos. paid $27 million to RREEF LLC for the 240,602-square-foot Tustin Business Park, which is made up of 15 flex-tech buildings at East Edinger Avenue, Red Hill Avenue and the former Tustin Marine Base. Ryan Gallagher, Kevin Shannon, Scott Schumacher and Jeff Hanson of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both parties.

Wayne Small of Renwes Appliances Inc. paid $5.5 million to Elite Access Systems for a 35,940-square-foot industrial building at 25741 Commercentre Drive in Lake Forest. The building is on 2.1 acres of land. It is set to be Renwes’ showroom and distribution center for appliances. Jeff Carr of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer. Chris Migliori of GVA Daum represented the seller.

Investment group Glory Investment LLC paid $5.1 million to Randall Lynch for the 40-unit San Marino Apartments complex at 1724 to 1736 W. Ball Road in Anaheim. The complex is 96% full. Han Liu of TLC Investments represented the buyer. Dan Moore of Capitalvest Inc. represented the seller.

Epix Ltd. paid $4.9 million to LBM GP for a 40,380-square-foot building at 10731 Walker St. in Cypress. The building sits on 2.3 acres. Mark Brunner of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the buyer. Bob Goodmanson of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Peerless Properties LLC paid $3.3 million to Kenneth Solomon for a 7,183-square-foot retail building at 243 Broadway Place in Laguna Beach. Mark Christy of Prudential California Realty represented both parties.

Naturade Inc., a maker of health supplements and drinks, renewed its lease for 49,834 square feet of office space at 14370 Myford Road in Irvine. The seven-year deal is valued at $3 million. Jeff Saywitz of the Saywitz Co. represented the tenant. Sue Lyle of landlord The Irvine Company represented the company.

Unit Technology America Inc. leased 27,442 square feet of industrial space at 6182 Katella Ave. in Cypress. The seven-year deal is valued at $1.9 million. John Rendon of Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Co. represented the tenant. Sam Chu of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Cypress Land Co.

ACP Noxtat Inc., a plastics maker, leased 24,490 square feet of industrial space at 1112 E. Washington Ave. in Santa Ana. The five-year deal is valued at $700,000. Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the tenant. Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented landlord Santa Ana Industrial Co.

Americor Lending Group Inc. leased 23,566 square feet of office space at Lake Shore Towers II at 18191 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. The five-year deal is valued at $2.6 million. Stephen Schloemer of Colliers Seeley International Inc. represented the tenant. Peter Hutchinson represented the building’s owner, management consultant Capgemini.

State College Distributors Inc. leased 19,200 square feet of industrial space at 1711 S. State College Blvd. in Anaheim. The deal is valued at $1.1 million. Tom Gilmer and Steve Pelletier of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and landlord Kim Oviatt.

Q and C Granite leased 18,636 square feet of industrial space at 7042 Lampson Ave. in Garden Grove. The five-year deal is valued at $700,000. Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Scott Smith of Lee & Associates represented landlord Landco LLC.
