SALES

Duane and Martha Robinson bought a 9,113-square-foot industrial building at 16511 Burke Lane in Huntington Beach from Richard Houston for $0.9 million. David Cox and Greg Johnson of Ashwill Associates represented both parties.

Paul Ramezani and Alan Fahami acquired a 10,407-square-foot building at 5482 Business Drive in Huntington Beach from James and Pamela Fast for $0.9 million. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented Ramezani and Fahami. Curt Stalder of Lee & Associates represented the Fasts.

A Los Angeles-based private investor, Richard Segal, acquired the 24,000-square-foot Summit Office Building at 1110 Chapman Ave. in Orange from Virginia Military Institute for $2 million. Erik Messinger of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented Segal. Dawson Davenport of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented VMI.

Tomlinson Family Trust bought the 43,922-square-foot Brea Executive Plaza at 259 S. Randolph St. from Grove Investments for $4.5 million. Joshua Levy and Martin Cohan of Grubb & Ellis represented the trust. Michael Lawrence and Landon Wright of Marcus & Millichap represented Grove Investments.

Donco Associates & Sons acquired a 12,233-square-foot industrial building at 1410 Daly in Anaheim from Bob Mosey for $1.1 million. David Williams of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented both parties.

Fountain Valley Village LLC bought a 4-acre parcel adjacent to Fountain Valley Regional Hospital. The firm plans to build a 200-unit assisted-living and Alzheimer’s care facility, to open in 2002. Charles Dunn Co.’s senior housing group brokered the transaction.

TLC America Inc. sold the 28-unit Darnan Senior Apartments at 212 S. Orange Ave. in Brea to a private investor for $1.9 million. Ed Diaz of Vanguard Investments represented the buyer. Charles Dunn Co. represented TLC America.

Triple Net Properties sold an 83,374-square-foot office building in San Bernardino to a private investor. Mark Larson and Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis’ private client investment group in Newport Beach represented both parties.

Irvine-based Aslan Realty Group acquired the 108-unit Village Crossing Apartments in Chino from Village Crossing Chino Ltd. for $6.5 million. Marjorie Malloy of Hendricks rep & Partners represented both parties.


LEASES

Webcreators leased a 1,800-square-foot space at 3002 Dow Ave., Suite 414, in Tustin from Bedford Property Investors Inc. The five-year lease was valued at $0.1 million. Cory Napora of Resource Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented Webcreators. Jeff Williams of Voit Commercial represented Bedford.

Pacific Life & Annuity Co. leased a five-story 135,000-square-foot building in Main Corporate Center in Irvine. The firm will move its group insurance division for Southern California operations to Irvine in 2002.
