SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union got the city of Tustin’s nod to build its new corporate headquarters.
SchoolsFirst, currently based in Santa Ana, closed on a 1.8 acre site from the city for $2.9 million, where it plans a three-story, 180,000-square-foot HQ.
OC’s largest credit union with more than $15 billion in assets already has some corporate functions in a two-story 150,000-square-foot building adjacent to the new site.
