Ceradyne Donates Military Gear to Pa. Museum

Costa Mesa-based ceramics products maker Ceradyne Inc. has donated a tactical vest and a helmet to the arms and armor gallery of the Reading Public Museum in Reading, Pa.

Ceradyne also gave a second lightweight vest that the museum will allow student visitors to try on.

The items add to the museum’s collection of historical examples of armors and related gears.

The armor gallery displays full suits of armor, mail shirts and weapons, among other items, according to the museum’s website.
