Crude Eases as Refiners Under Gun

Crude oil slipped toward $65 on Tuesday after Saudi Arabia said there were no takers for OPEC’s spare barrels with hurricane-battered U.S. refineries still closed and a strike at one of Europe’s biggest plants.
