Windjammer Capital Investors, a private investment firm in Newport Beach, added two Canadian companies to its portfolio.
The two Ontario-based firms—Specialty Food Service Hardware Inc. and Vision Parts & Accessories Inc.—supply components and parts to the commercial food service and wholesale plumbing markets in Canada.
Terms weren’t disclosed.
Windjammer’s website says it invests $50 million to $200 million in companies with between $10 million and $50 million of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
