Elite Aerospace Group in Tustin acquired Halo Industries Inc. on undisclosed terms.
Halo, founded in 1989, manufactures precision-machined components for the aerospace and communication satellite industries for Boeing Inc. and others. Its 20,000-square foot headquarters in Huntington Beach will now house Elite’s new division, Elite Space Services.
“The opportunity to infuse the Elite spirit with the sterling legacy of Halo Industries is sure to further enhance the value proposition of both companies,” Elite Aerospace Chief Executive Dustin Tillman said in a statement. “Halo was a hidden gem in the market for nearly three decades, and now it’s time to shine a spotlight on their skill sets and take the business to the next level.”
Elite Aerospace is an aircraft component design, engineering, and manufacturing company.
