Irvine-based Silverado Senior Living Inc. said it plans to build a senior housing complex in the Bee Cave suburb of Austin, Texas.
Privately held Silverado operates facilities that serve senior citizens with Alzheimer’s disease and various other forms of dementia.
The company is working with Dallas-based Meridian Realty Advisors LP on developing the project, which is scheduled to open next spring.
Silverado and Meridian opened another senior housing facility in south Austin earlier this year.
