Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

ProMax Chief Executive Jess Hartman said in a statement that the companies’ work overlaps in video content creation and storage.

ProMax also makes editing work stations. Cache-A clients include motion picture studios, television networks, professional sports teams, churches, government agencies and colleges and universities.

Hartman said ProMax would immediately begin to offer technical support to Cache-A customers and honor existing warranties and support contracts.
