Irvine-based Banc of California Inc. was up 5% to $19.89 and a $764 million market cap. The bank holding company yesterday reported results for its most recent quarter that beat analyst estimates. Its shares are up about 50% year-to-date.
SERVICES
Newport Beach-based Acacia Research Corp. was up 7% to $4.61 and a $233 million market cap. The patent licensing company reported revenue yesterday that beat analyst expectations.
