Irvine-based Alteryx (NYSE: AYX) plummeted 15% to $121.43 and an $8 billion market cap. Shares for the data science software maker are currently trading at three times their normal volume. None of the company’s nine peers experienced a change of more than 2% on Monday.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXNX) was down 5.5% to $33.75 and a $919 million market cap. Shares for the medical device company are still more than double what they were at the start of the year. The firm today held a conference call to discuss its announcement that the FDA gave approval for its device to treat urinary and bowel dysfunction.
RESTAURANTS
Chipotle Mexican Group (NYSE: CMG) in Newport Beach increased 1.1% to $845.76 and a $23.5 billion market cap. Shares reached a new all-time high of $856.24 earlier Monday after Wedbush analyst Nick Setyan upgraded the stock from outperform to neutral, raising the price target to $980 from $780.
