Lantronix Inc. (Nasdaq: LTRX) in Irvine fell 6.1% to $4.12 and a $87 million market cap. Shares in the Irvine-based networking gear maker have fallen in the last few weeks from $6 per share, in investor response to a recent $10 million public offering.
RESTAURANTS
Habit Restaurants Inc. in Irvine is up 2.2% to $15.95 and a $415 million cap. Burger competitor Sonic Corp. announced today that it’s being taken private in a $2.3 billion deal by Inspire Brands, owner of Buffalo Wild Wings and Arby’s.
