Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: SWKS) in Irvine was up 4% to $99.32 and an $18 billion market cap. It makes chips.
REAL ESTATE
Five Point Holdings LLC (NYSE: FPH) in Aliso Viejo was up 3% to $11.63 and a $1.7 billion market cap. Its shares are up about 5% this week following San Francisco supervisors’ approval of the land developer’s plan for its SF Shipyard and Candlestick Point communities there, totaling 6 million square feet of office, retail, entertainment, and other uses, in addition to homes.
