Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) in Newport Beach was down 4% to $1.58 and a $240 million market cap on average volume. The natural gas fuel station operator said it will build three facilities in Canada and recently introduced a “$1 a gallon for a year” for certain heavy duty trucks.

Cannabis Science Inc. (OTC: CBIS) in Irvine was up 9% to 6 cents a share and a $156 million market cap. It develops cannabinoid-based drugs to treat various diseases.
