Glaukos Corp. (NYSE: GKOS) in San Clemente was down 12% to $30.22 and a $1 billion market cap. Analysts at Stifel Nicolaus and Cantor Fitzgerald have each recently lowered ratings on the glaucoma stent maker with an eye toward Glaukos’ earnings report, expected in early May.

ShiftPixy Inc. (Nasdaq: PIXY) was down 6% to $2.84 and an $82 million. Shares in the app-based temp worker provider spiked as high as $6.35 intraday on March 9 when it said it will use blockchain technology to manage employees.
