Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc. was up 2.1% to $39.35 and a $1.1 billion market cap. Banc of California Inc. was up 2.4% to $16.17 and an $807 million market cap. Opus Bank was up 1.5% to $20.82 and a $713 million market cap. The three bank holding companies are all based in Irvine.

Collectors Universe Inc. in Santa Ana was up 19% to $24.67 and a $220 million market cap. The collectibles services company reported income of $2.9 million on revenue of $17.9 million for its most recent quarter, up from income of $1 million on revenue of $12.6 million year-over-year.
RETAIL
Boot Barn Holdings Inc. in Irvine was down 6.4% to $11.19 and a $296 million market cap on profit-taking after share gains following this week’s positive quarterly report.
TECHNOLOGY
Clean Energy Fuels in Newport Beach was up 3.7% to $2.48 and a $339 million market cap on moderate volume. The company runs national gas fueling stations.
