AGRICULTURE
Newport Beach-based chemicals maker American Vanguard Corp. was up 3.4% to $18.25 and a $534 million market cap. Piper Jaffray upgraded the company’s shares to “neutral” with a target price of $17.
FINANCE
Irvine-based Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc. was up 5.5% to $15.75 and a $252 million market cap on moderate volume. Orders to suspend trading shares in Canada of the residential mortgage lender were removed late last week.
