Irvine-based American Restaurant Holdings Inc., an investor in restaurants and food manufacturing companies, has acquired Canyon Fireside Grille on undisclosed terms.
Canyon Fireside, which primarily serves American cuisine, has a single location in Rancho Santa Margarita.
The deal follows American Restaurant Holdings’ January acquisition of Fronteras Mexican Grill & Cantina in Alhambra.
American Restaurant Holdings, which trades over the counter, aims to acquire “multi-unit fast casual locations” and “stand-alone destination locations.”
The company’s Canyon Acquisition Inc. subsidiary oversaw the latest transaction.
