The founder of Newport Beach-based Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is set to take a separate concept he developed outside the state.
Paul Martin’s American Grill, founded by Paul Fleming and Brian Bennett, plans to open a 6,552-square foot restaurant at the Borgata Shopping Center in Scottsdale, Az. in the spring.
The restaurant serves American fare and has a wine list of more than 100 labels
Fleming also had a hand in developing P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc. and Pei Wei Asian Diner LLC, both of Scottsdale.
American Gill has currently has six restaurants in California, including one in Irvine.
