Balboa Bay Resort recently opened Blend coffee and sandwich shop.
The 1,000-square-foot store sells coffee, espressos, pastries and sandwiches and takes up former administrative space.
It joins the resort’s other dining options, First Cabin Restaurant and The Bar.
In October, Balboa Bay Resort announced the hiring of Executive Chef Vincent Lesage. He succeeded Josef Lageder, who departed to be president of consulting company Culinary Imagination LLC.
