NAWBO Fetes 3; 600 Attend Event

Three women who own businesses in Orange County were honored Oct. 16 at the 17th annual Remarkable Women Awards in Anaheim.

The National Association of Women Business Owners’ OC chapter hosted the event, which had about 600 attendees at City National Grove.

Those honored by NAWBO-OC included: Lisa Dale, chief executive and founder of Seabreeze Management Co., Lifetime Achievement; Laurie Rowen, cofounder of Montage Legal Group, Entrepreneur to Watch; and Jerri Rosen, chief executive and founder of Working Wardrobes, Philanthropic Champion.

The group honors women business leaders who have demonstrated success, leadership and passion in their chosen fields, said Loreen Gilbert, president of NAWBO-OC.

The honorees represent a long-established company, a startup and a nonprofit.
