Hospitality investor and manager KSL Resorts has named Kristie Goshow as its new chief commercial officer, replacing Jeff Senior, who led the rebranding of the St. Regis in Dana Point into the Monarch Beach Resort.
KSL Resorts, an affiliate of Denver-based KSL Capital, moved its headquarters to Irvine in 2019, the same year the company sold the Monarch Beach Resort to Ohana Real Estate Investors LLC for almost $500 million, or $1.25 million per key. It’s now a Waldorf Astoria.
Goshow was previously chief marketing officer at Newport Beach-based Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
“A thought leader and hospitality innovator, Kristie is ideally suited for this key position and joins us at a time as we prepare to expand our portfolio,” said President James Struthers.
