Aliso Viejo-based UST, which provides internet and consulting services, said today it has acquired Intecrowd of Lake Worth, Fla. Financial details were not released.
Intecrowd, a partner of human resources software giant Workday, specializes in strategic deployments and full lifecycle support for Workday solutions, UST said in a statement today
UST said the strategic move will improve its ability to meet the needs of its global client base while also expanding its portfolio in the Workday ecosystem.
“The acquisition of Intecrowd aligns with UST’s inorganic growth strategy to build depth in key service offerings. Strengthening our Workday capabilities supports our focus on domain‑led AI solutions and innovation across our service lines. By bringing this expertise into UST’s global operating model, we are creating a scalable platform that supports efficient growth and long‑term value creation,” said Vijay Padmanabhan, chief financial officer of UST.
